Το σορβικό κάλιο E202 - ένα φυσικό συντηρητικό, το οποίο παράγεται κυρίως από τους σπόρους ορισμένων φυτών.Έχει μορφή λευκής σκόνης και η καθαρότητα του είναι πάνω από 99%. Χρησιμοποιείται για την μυκητοστατική ιδιότητα του. Εμποδίζει απολύτως τον πολλαπλασιασμό των ζυμομυκήτων και έτσι, απομακρύνει τον κίνδυνο της αναζύμωσης των αναγόντων σακχάρων. - Wikipedia
